Rayford Quinn, MD

is a graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. He is board certified with the American Board of Family Practice and is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

M. Jay Petruska, DO

is a graduate from Gannon University in Erie, PA. He earned his medical degree from the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Petruska served in the US Army prior to joining CaroMont Family Medicine - Belmont. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and is Board Certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice.

Cristian Pantea, MD

received his Bachelors of Science from the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada. He earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. He completed his internship and residency training at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. He is board certified with the American Board of Family Practice and a Member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. 

Ann Marie Watts, RN-C, MSN, FNP

ANCC Certified Nurse Practitioner

attended Holy Cross School of Nursing in Indiana and earned her BSN from the University of South Carolina in Spartanburg, South Carolina and MSN/Adult Clinical Nurse Specialist from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte, North Carolina. Ann completed her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina.
